Child Safety Standards

Koeur24 · Espero · 2026-04-14

Koeur24 is a dating platform exclusively for adults. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding content and behaviour related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including the production, distribution or solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Zero tolerance for CSAE

Koeur24 strictly and absolutely prohibits any content, conversation, image, video or behaviour that constitutes or may constitute sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, grooming, sexual attraction to minors, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Any user identified as producing, sharing, soliciting or facilitating CSAE content will have their account immediately and permanently banned, and their case will be transmitted to relevant authorities (Belgian police and specialised international organisations such as NCMEC).

This policy applies to 100% of user-generated content on Koeur24, without exception.

Age verification — 18 years minimum

Koeur24 is reserved for people aged at least 18 years. Registration requires confirmation of date of birth and acceptance of our terms of service, which state the minimum age requirement.

Users must provide a date of birth at registration. Any account created by a minor is immediately deleted upon discovery. Koeur24 also offers an optional identity verification system to confirm user age.

If you suspect that a Koeur24 user is a minor, report it immediately using the tools described below.

Moderation and reporting

Koeur24 has both automated and human moderation mechanisms. Any user can report a profile, photo, message or suspicious conversation directly from the application using the "Report" and "Block" buttons present on each profile and conversation.

Our moderation team reviews each report within a maximum of 24 hours. CSAE-related content is handled with absolute priority and results in immediate account removal and reporting to authorities.

Koeur24 fully complies with Belgian, European and international legislation on the protection of minors, in particular Regulation (EU) 2021/1232, the Digital Services Act (DSA) and applicable international conventions.

Cooperation with authorities

Koeur24 (operated by Espero) fully cooperates with Belgian, European and international law enforcement in investigations relating to child sexual exploitation and abuse.

We retain and provide upon legal request all necessary evidence (logs, reported content, metadata) to facilitate investigations. Our legal team responds to any legitimate request from competent authorities.

How to report CSAE content

If you discover on Koeur24 any content, behaviour or user related to child sexual exploitation or abuse, you have several ways to report it:

  • In the app: use the "Report" button present on every profile or message, and select the "Inappropriate content" or "Other reason" category, specifying that it is a CSAE report.
