1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Koeur24, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Koeur24. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Account creation

• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password
• Only one account per person is allowed
• Fake profiles are strictly prohibited

4. Code of conduct

You agree to:

• Treat other users with respect
• Not harass, threaten or intimidate other users
• Not publish offensive, illegal or inappropriate content
• Not publish sexual, hateful, violent or discriminatory content, whether by voice, text or image
• Not use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Not impersonate another person

5. User content

You retain all rights to the content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display and distribute this content as part of our services.

6. Zero tolerance, moderation and suspension

Koeur24 has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. From the app, every member can report a voice, a message or a profile, and block another member. We act on every report within 24 hours: content that violates these terms is removed and its author is ejected from the service. We also reserve the right to:

• Remove any inappropriate content, without notice
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms
• Report illegal activities to competent authorities

7. Limitation of liability

Koeur24 is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for meetings or interactions between users.

8. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may also terminate your account in case of violation of these terms.
