A few details help us handle your request without back-and-forth. Choose the right channel too: some steps are quicker from the app than through the contact form.
For a profile or a message that worries you, first use the report button on the profile or in the conversation. The report reaches the moderation team with its context, which an email cannot provide. You can also block the person: they will no longer be able to write to you. If you are in immediate danger, call the police on 101 or the emergency number 112.
Our safety guidelinesGive your account's email address, the device and browser you use, then describe what happens, with a screenshot if possible. If the login code does not arrive, check your spam folder first: it stays valid for 10 minutes, and you can request a new one.
Visit the help centerIn the mobile app, you delete your account from the settings. On the website, write to us through this contact form with your account's email address. To access your personal data, have it corrected or erased, state the request in your message.
